Appellant Wyoming Johnson was the general contractor of a construction project. Appellee Stag Industries, Inc. was a subcontractor; Thomas Doyle, an employee of Stag, was injured on the project. Appellant Aetna Casualty &; Surety Company, was the liability insurer for Wyoming Johnson at the time of Doyles injury, and paid the personal injury settlement and costs of defense. Appellants brought an action for indemnity against Stag; the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Stag.
